For those of you curious about the Achilles injury --
It's official - a torn Achilles. Surgery on Friday morning. Plans to coach the season opener that night. Doc says no driving for 8-10 weeks, but the patient thinks 6-8 weeks (even that is too long for him!) He was even checking out hand controls on the internet tonight.

I will pray for healing for Matt and patience for you.
I wish I was closer to be able to help you out. Tell Matt that he needs to make sure he really lets that Achilles heal, otherwise he will be right back here next season. You guys are in my prayers.
Wow...after this is all done and Matt is back to driving it will feel like a breeze. You are so blessed to have family close by to help you out.
