On July 4th, these 3 participated in a triathlon in the state to our north. It was an open water swim this time. They all had fun and survived! Now my youngest wants to do the next one! I was proud of all of them!

That is very impressive. What a cool memory to have with their dad.
They're all sweaty, flushed & beaming with a sense of accomplishment. Good for them!!!
