Weekend of First and Lasts
We enjoyed a weekend with a FIRST and some LASTS. Saturday was the LAST baseball game of the season. The Lightning Bolts (especially player #12 and two of the coaches) had quite a fan club - 2 grandmas, 2 cousins, 2 brothers, and a mom. On Sunday morning, all the boys in my family ran in a FIRST race. My hubby ran his FIRST 10K with his dad. They both did great! The boys then ran in some races of their own for the FIRST time. The two youngest may do another, but the oldest isn't quite sure about this running thing. A few hours later, my middle son completed his first season of flag football (his LAST game) and is looking forward to trying it again in the fall.

Sounds like a great and busy weekend. I saw that you called but not until last night. A little on the slow side I guess. We were out cleaning the garage and putting stuff together for a garage sale. Everyone looks great in the pictures.
I loved all of your slides!! Your boys are so cute and so athletic. It sounds like you all keep pretty busy. Are you glad school is out or is it? It was good to see you at the birthday party.
