For his 7th birthday, E and his dad got to go to a Blazers basketball game. The Memphis Grizzlies were their opponent last night. E was lucky enough to get an autograph (from a Grizzly, not his favorite Brandon Roy) before the game and witness a Blazer victory firsthand. Their seats were just 3 rows behind the visitors bench so they were right near the action.
The other 3 of us had a great night too! Cheryl and the girls stopped by for a visit. The kids played and played while Cheryl and I talked and talked. I thoroughly enjoyed catching up on the latest with her family. It has been awhile since I've gotten the chance to just sit and visit with a good friend - I really miss it. Thanks for visiting. It really meant a lot!

That is so cool they got to go to a blazers game! What a fun memory. My brother has season tickets and we get to go with him when we are up there visiting. What a lucky boy to get to sit so close and get an autograph!
